After seven years in the classroom as a teacher, followed by two years as a mentor, Heidi founded Phipps Alliance to help business owners bring calm to their backend systems through clear workflows, organized operations, and supportive client experiences.

Her work focuses on client experience systems, course support, and operational organization, dialing in on the systems that help programs run smoothly and ensure clients feel supported from the moment they join.

Using the CALM Method, she brings clarity, alignment, logistics, momentum, and a little cheer to even the busiest days, so you can focus on your work, your clients, and the impact you want to make.

Who do you typically work with?

Most of our clients are course creators, coaches, and online business owners who are ready to hand off the backend so they can focus on their zone of genius. If you're juggling onboarding, CRM tags, and course logistics on top of everything else, we're probably a great fit.

Do you work with brand-new businesses, or established ones?

Both. Brand-new businesses get a strong foundation from day one, so nothing has to be rebuilt later. Established businesses often come to us with systems that have grown a little messy, and we clean those up together. Wherever you're starting from, we'll meet you there.

How involved will I need to be?

As much or as little as you'd like. We work best when we can take things fully off your plate, but we'll always loop you in on anything that affects your clients or your brand. Think of us as an extension of your team, not one more thing on your to-do list.
